PACT is a multi-agency team providing support to families with children aged 0-5, including those already working with social services. The team includes social workers, health visitors, and other professionals. Support can include advice on parenting, routines, behavior, health and more. PACT runs groups like Play and Share at libraries, Bounce & Rhyme music sessions, and Baby Massage classes. Families are usually referred by other services, but can self-refer to groups. An allocated PACT staff member will coordinate a support plan bringing in other team members as needed.
