Launch in 8 countries (Sri Lanka, Ukraine, China, El Salvador, Columbia, Kenya,

Training and Capacity Building Launched in all focus countries (survey design,
statistical modeling, policy analysis)

12. Commitments and Achievements
Korea signaled its interest in having a labor market training course with a
focus on Asia.
A joint regional Labor Market Course with a focus on Asia has been implemented –
jointly with the Korean Government in Seoul, Korea.
Other donors such as Austria and Germany requested a number of
smaller regional capacity building events, e.g. clinics on M & E of labor
market programs
The joint regional ILO-WB labor market courses have been institutionalized.
A 4-day national impact evaluation workshop has been implemented in El Salvador.
Three workshops on capacity building for impact evaluation of active labor market
programs in the Western Balkans in 2011.

Meetings in 2012.
