Our first recording was done outside so we could hear how voices change in an open space without echoes. The voice was quiet and the sound didn't bounce since there were no surfaces for it to reflect off of. Having other people outside also muffled the sound, and recording in a small enclosed space would have resulted in a louder recording and sound reflection off the walls and windows.

1. Our first recording was outside so we could see how the sound of voices change. The voice was
quiet because of the open space so the sound wasn’t bouncing off anything so it didn’t have an
echo. When we recorded sound there was also other people outside so that also made an impact
and deadened the sound. If we were to be recording in a small confined space then the sound and
recording would of been a lot louder. As you can see in the picture there are two walls so the walls
absorbed the sound also because they are made out of bricks. Sound reflects off glass so the sound
in our recording would of reflected off the windows however because the windows are so small and
the walls are bigger it wouldn’t have made much of an impact.
