                               SUN-OT4900 Handheld OTDR




SUN Telecom’s SUN-OT4900 series of handheld Optical Time Domain Reflector (OTDR) is a high
performance and cost-effective optical network analysis tester, with the features of lightweight, easy to
use, highly intelligent and having a hotkey for automatic rapid testing.

SUN-OT4900 Series handhold OTDR is small, powerful and portable. 3.5-Inch TFT-LCD can meet the
needs of high luminance environment and night. This OTDR has simple and friendly graphical user
interface. Touch screen panel and keyboard button can meet different operator’s habits. There is a
hotkey for rapid testing, and just press the hotkey you can obtain the required operational test results.
SUN-OT4900 series OTDR also provides three power saving modes; Users are able to choose “close
the LCD screen”, “equipment sleep” or “power-down” mode based on different applications, to ensure
the equipment achieve longer working period.

SUN-OT4900 series handhold OTDR can be widely used in metropolitan, WAN, CATV and other
communication systems for fiber optic cable or fiber installation, troubleshooting, transformation and
maintenance.

    1310/1550nm dual-wavelength testing
    Easy to operate, completely operating the equipment by the touch-screen panel or keyboard button
    3.5-inch TFT LCD with brightness adjustment support, suitable for high luminance environment or
    night
    Auto-sleep function to save power
    NI-MH battery-powered, low-voltage protection and continuous working time up to 8 hours
    Hardware power switch, stopping electrical energy loss and ensuring the battery works longer
    Hotkey for all important tests, ensuring higher test efficiency
    Visible light source, facilitating to inspect fiber break
    Complete PC analysis software for you to quickly and efficiently generate a professional OTDR
