Organisation of Photo shoot
First I had to organise my models, to save costs and time I would only use one model, his name is Josh Foo. I contacted Josh Via Email. Josh was very happy to take part in the project and we had a great time shooting. D:rganisation of Photoshoot.jpg Josh Foo Modelling
Location I decided to use a music studio at the Henley College, again I contacted them via email. The reason I thought that this would be the best idea is that the music studio's have completely white walls, great for solo photographs. And the musical resources such as prop guitars or other instruments would be available. The College were happy to have me.
Costume and Props I decided to use a basic costume consisting of a T-shirt from the popular fashion shop Topman © This basic outfit would make the actions and props be the main interest of the pictures. I talked to Josh about the costume and he agreed. He came into the college for the time we agreed and we styled his hair and got him into the outfit. Once their we set up the camera and tripod and collected the instruments we had agreed to use from the college, we had a piano, a drum kit and an electric guitar. To me the guitar shots were the most powerful.
Overall I felt that the shoot went really well and I am very pleased with the photo's I have. The organisation of it did not take long and was smooth thanks to Josh and the Henley College. If I had to do another shoot I would like to have more models as I think that a band shoot could look very good.
