Orange Compliant & the Orange Compact Orange Compliant – Campaign Finance Politicians must agree to follow McCain-Feingold campaign finance provisions, as originally passed by congress, and put in place mechanisms that ensure compliance Results must be audited by a major US accounting firm who will provide an unqualified opinion to Orange for America Orange Compact – Fiscal Policy Politicians sign a contract that they will never vote for unfunded legislation, and will never cast a vote in favor of a government expenditure that would produce a deficit except in time of war requiring a public draft or during a period of economic contraction (5% of GDP limit / year) Violations of either will result in a six year ban from use of Orange for America logos or “Orange Compliant” statements O TM
