1 glass Sugar PREELABORATION:
-Squeeze one big orange or two medium
oranges.
-Grated the orange peel.
½ glass Olive oil
½ glass Orange juice
1 & ½

25 gr. Baking powder
Nº ORDER DEVELOPMENT
1 Preheat Oven 130ºC.
2 Mix Baking powder with flour.
3 Mounted Eggs with sugar.
4 Add Orange juice, honey and grated orange peel.
5 Mix The two mixtures carefully.
6 Cover A mold with greaseproof paper.
7 Put The mix into the mold.
8 Put The cake inside the oven.
9 Remove From the oven when the cake is golden brown.
10 Serve A portion of cake in a dish.

You could serve the cake with a cream, like custard or black chocolate cream.
