La crisi internazina tra USA e Europa ha indebolito il peso politico dell’unica superpotenza ancora esistente.
In tutto il mondo si registrano proteste contro le ambasciate USA e contro i vari Governi filo Americani sia in
Europa dell’Est che in Medio Oriente.
La morte del Lider Maximo ha destabilizzato anche l’equilibrio politico nell’isola di Cuba.
I Generali legati alla vecchia visione del mondo, sono riusciti a prendere il controllo delle Forze Armate
Cubane, con l’intenzione di approfittare dei vari impegni militari degli USA in vari teatri bellici sparsi nel
mondo, allo scopo di sottrarre Guantanamo Bay dalle mani degli Americani.
La Base Navale USA è solo difesa da una guarnigione di USC Marines e da un reparto medico della US Navy.
La Guarnigione Cubana al confine con la Base Navale USA, è formata da reparti di fanteria leggera e batterie
controaeree, che non permettono la supremazia aerea degli USA nella zona.
La situazione è in precario equilibrio!!!

L’obbiettivo della missione è arginare l’attacco delle Forze Cubane, distruggendo il loro dispositivo difensivo,
annullando la loro capacità offensiva.
2. Intelligence:
Il confine tra lo Stato Cubano e la Base Navale USA nella baia di Guantanamo è tra i confini più sorvegliati al
mondo, posizioni di sorveglianza chiamate “specchietti” dato che si osservano da entrambi i lati del confine.
Nei mesi passati, antecedenti la crisi internazionale, il comando delle Forze Armate Cubane ha spostato le
proprie batterie di missili SAM nei pressi della Baia di Guantanamo.
Le batterie SAM rendono difficile l’intervento dall’aria, quindi niente superiorità aerea, fin quando le batterie
sono operative e in mano all’esercito Cubano.
Tutta via non vi è traccia sia del HQ della brigata Cubana operante in zona e soprattutto della postazione
Radar che gestisce le batterie SAM.
Inoltre è stata segnalata la presenza di reparti di mortaisti, di cui non è conosciuta l’ubicazione.
Prima che i satelliti venissero puntati in altre aree di crisi di priorità maggiore, sono state individuate tre

3. CONFIDENTIAL – OPERATION “END OF THE WORLD”

REGOLE D’INGAGGIO
La MilSim denominata “Operation End of the World” avrà una durata di 5h ore, dalle ore 09.00 alle ore 14.00 del 15 aprile 2012, e vedrà
contrapposte due fazioni:
- L’evento è stato pensato e concepito come una MilSim, quindi si richiede a tutti i partecipanti un comportamento ed un impegno
simulativo alto e confacente con i propri incarichi.
- Ogni fazione, se lo ritiene opportuno, potrà creare all’interno del proprio schieramento delle unità di presidio, assalto, Recon/SF etc. etc.
in modo da attuare al meglio i propri intenti;
- Le due fazione hanno delle finalità d’azione differenti che saranno rese note separatamente mediante mail e/o rapporto diretto sul
campo;
- Il campo sarà suddiviso in 2 settori appartenenti rispettivamente uno ai Cubani e uno ai USMC. Entrambi i settori contengono checkpoint
di varia natura.
- I checkpoint essere conquistati e mantenuti. Sui checkpoint attivi vi saranno dei segnaposto/bandiere attestante il controllo
momentaneo, la fazione che ne detiene il controllo dovrà issare la bandiera del proprio colore al momento della conquista;
- Le bandiere non possono e non devono essere nascoste o “rubate”;
- Ogni Fazione ha obbligo di avere una squadra di 8 medici muniti (Parajumper) di fasce identificative (fornite dall’organizzazione), con il
compito di curare gli operatori feriti sul posto, tramite l’applicazione di fascette autobloccanti spostando il ferito alle spalle della proprie
linee. Il comando potrà disporre dei medici come meglio vorrà, assegnandoli a squadre o facendoli agire in piccoli gruppi. Ogni Medico avrà
a sua disposizione 10 fascette, ne potrà recuperare alte nei checkpoint catturati o dai medici catturati.
- I colpiti durante gli ingaggi dovranno segnalare “l’essere colpito” mediante l’alzo di un braccio, dovranno rimanere immobili in attesa del
medico. Se curato da medico di fazione opposta verrà ritenuto prigioniero. Ovviamente è consentito spostatarsi solo in caso d’intralcio o
per salvaguardare l’incolumità dello stesso operatore “ferito”.
- I prigionieri dovranno essere scortati e imprigionati sul checkpoint adibito a prigione, non potranno essere trasferiti altrove. Potranno
invece essere liberati solo nel momento in cui la propria fazione conquista la prigione o intercetta la pattuglia nemica durante lo
spostamento dei prigionieri stessi. I prigionieri potranno essere disarmati e trattati secondo le norme amichevoli di gioco. Le prigioni non
sono obbiettivi da conquistare, liberati i prigionieri non è poi permesso presidiarle. I comandi ogni 60 minuti provvederanno ad
organizzare lo scambio dei prigionieri.
- Tutte le regole dettate dal buonsenso e dal vivere insieme agli altri.
- Si richiede l’utilizzo di pallini biodegradabili certificati.
- Il gioco si dichiarerà concluso quando:
1. Per normale decorrenza dei termini previsti per le ore 14.00;
2. Tutti i checkpoint vengono conquistati e mantenuti dalla stessa fazione;
3. Tutti gli operatori di una fazione sono fatti prigionieri.
- L’appuntamento sul campo di gioco è fissato per le ore 08.00 del 15 aprile 2012, il game avrà inizio improrogabilmente alle 09.00.
