2. OSM​ ​Mali​ ​will​ ​be​ ​organising​ ​OSM​ ​and​ ​GIS​ ​trainings​ ​from​ ​November​ ​13th​ ​to17th​ ​during​ ​the
OSMGeoweek​ ​event​ ​with​ ​twenty​ ​one​ ​students​ ​of​ ​Geology​ ​from​ ​the​​ ​​Faculty​ ​of​ ​Sciences​ ​and
Technology​​ ​in​ ​​Bamako
The​ ​HOTMicrogrant​ ​devices​ ​will​ ​be​ ​used​ ​for​ ​the​ ​first​ ​time​ ​and​ ​this​ ​will​ ​be​ ​useful​ ​to​ ​those
students,​ ​because​ ​most​ ​of​ ​them​ ​don’t​ ​have​ ​laptops.
Those​ ​activities​ ​will​ ​take​ ​place​ ​in​ ​the​ ​​Fété​ ​Impact​ ​Development​,​ ​​location​,​ ​​ ​a​ ​young​ ​Malian
firm​ ​and​ ​one​ ​of​ ​our​ ​great​ ​partners​ ​in​ ​Mali.

3. We​ ​will​ ​also​ ​be​ ​participating​ ​to​ ​Mapathon​ ​organised​ ​by​ ​some​ ​of​ ​the​ ​African​ ​OSM
Communities​ ​in​ ​collaboration​ ​with​ ​CartONG.
