OPC moved from Premier House to Apollo Studios
(current offices)..

26. 1999 – new brochure

27. 2000 – Chair of London SPE

Opened offices in Houston with Bill Roberts as OPC USA

29. 2003 – RasGas Qatar
Won first contract in Qatar on tender for
petroleum engineering consultancy services
