2. The first page: St Petersbourg does not show the picture of the
different rooms, the presentation is very simple but customers can’t
have an overview of the rooms. It has to be simple for guest who are
not very confortable with smartphones.
3. For the contact option, the presentation of the St Petersbourg is really smart
because we can notice that on the B&B Cookies presentation the customer
doesn’t have the possibility to send directly an email through the mobile
website.
4. Using the mobile website of St Petersbourg hotel, the customer have
to wait several minutes in order to see the Plan and Access option.
And even after waiting for a while, the plan option did not appear.
5. The St Petersbourg hotel have a very complete gallery but they have
problem to appear. The B&B Cookies on its part, does not have many
pictures but they are clear and explicit.
