Bridge Collaboration Initiative in LCS India aims to drive more employee engagement and enhance the employee experience on bridge. The project goals are to improve product and process knowledge across LCS through monthly updates to regional leadership, creating a schedule for activities in Q1 2018, and encouraging managers and seniors to have employees leverage bridge for 15 minutes daily. The benefits will be leveraging specialists on bridge, more engagement, and timely resolutions improving member experience. Progress will be measured by core team's bridge scores, and quarterly surveys assessing engagement, experience, and knowledge.
