I. Introduction
On-The-Job training or OJT is a method in which students are given the
chance to apply the things that they have learned in school. It provides them
the opportunity to go through the actual methodologies of a specific job using
the real tools, equipments and documents. It becomes the venue for
development for a student to learn more about his chosen field. As for the IT
industry it gives the student a bigger picture of what the real world of technology
is.
II. Duties and Responsibilities
Our primary responsibility assigned by the MIS office is the digitization of

IV. Observations and Comments
Observations
One of the things that we have observed is that the system used is not
friendly enough to be used by non-ITCS personnel. There are lots of system
failures and bugs. And there are only limited scanners and computer to use in all
the scanning and uploading files. Some scanned files are missing and some are
not completely scanned.
Comments
1. The system should be fixed by means of bugs and system failures.
2. The scanners used in the registrars only capable in scanning A4 and
shorter types of bond papers.
3. Add more scanner and computer to be used by the interns and other
personnel in the registrar.
