The digestive system breaks down food through mechanical and chemical processes. The oral cavity and esophagus mechanically break down food through chewing and peristalsis moves food to the stomach. The stomach, liver, pancreas, small intestine and large intestine then use enzymes and digestion to extract nutrients from food for absorption and elimination of waste.

The Industrial revolution created two classes of people - those who could afford a factory and those who couldn't -The rich and the poor, the workers and the owners. Today a "Factory" costs less than £5,000 (Laptop, phone, website, passion). This has caused a massive shift in the way the world works and creates wealth. I call this shift "The Entrepreneur Revolution".

It argues that the future is about leading tribes through social media rather than shouting the loudest. It provides examples of how companies like Starbucks, Marriott, and individuals like Michelle Phan and Gary Vaynerchuk have successfully used social media to engage customers and build their brands. The document encourages the reader to leverage social media and empower their customers to promote their business for free in order to compete against bigger companies. It concludes by offering a social media workshop DVD to help readers achieve more leads, better customers, higher sales, and a stronger brand.
The document discusses how social media use in education is different from its use during the Industrial Revolution. It argues that schools originally focused on preparing students for industrial work, emphasizing hierarchical structures, standardized processes, and controlled communication. However, today's "ideas economy" values collaboration, flexible solutions, teamwork, open communication, and accessing information from around the world. It asserts that social media promotes these skills and that banning its use in education prevents preparing students for the careers of the future.

The document discusses different types of city maps and polders in the Netherlands. It describes three common types of city maps: orthogonal maps which are laid out in a grid pattern; radial maps which feature roads arranged in concentric circles around a central point; and irregular maps which lack a clear geometric structure. It also briefly explains that polders are reclaimed lands surrounded by dykes that were historically drained and developed in the Netherlands, creating new areas for agriculture, cities, and provinces.
