Jeff Garcia will be the keynote speaker at the 2015 Orange Helmet Awards Dinner recognizing provincial amateur football champions in British Columbia. Garcia had a successful career as a quarterback in the CFL and NFL, overcoming doubts about his size to become a four-time CFL All-Star and lead the Calgary Stampeders to a Grey Cup victory in 1998 where he was named MVP. In the NFL, Garcia played for the San Francisco 49ers, Cleveland Browns, Detroit Lions, Philadelphia Eagles, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, becoming one of ten quarterbacks in NFL history to achieve two consecutive 30-touchdown passing seasons. The awards dinner will be held on April 15, 2015 at the Westin Bayshore Vancouver.
