The students had to make changes to their roller coaster project. They changed the stop cup because they had trouble agreeing on the design. They added sticks to the base to make it more stable and prevent leaning. They also added a toilet paper roll to the end for stability. The height of the roller coaster was changed so the marble would not get stuck. Pipes were placed on top of each other to give the marble a smooth ride down. They learned it is difficult to make a roller coaster but combining all ideas leads to a free-standing design. Acute angles are needed to increase the marble's speed. Working as a team requires managing problems together and finding alternatives if things do not go as planned.

Un sistema di numerazione molto importante per il
calcolatore è il sistema binario o sistema di
numerazione in base due, con le due sole cifre 0 e 1.
Infatti per realizzare una buona sicurezza di
funzionamento, il calcolatore preferisce distinguere
soltanto due tipi di segnali elettrici all'interno dei suoi
circuiti elettronici: un segnale forte o "alto"
