Residents will all alter the Numbok to fit their
spending desires and will be able to comment on
and discuss the breakdowns. It will also facilitate
an engagement between residents and managers
that, at the moment, doesn't always exist.
Our platform will be an incredibly empowering one,
transferring responsibility surrounding decision
making from property managers and agents to
residents.
5. A recent market study of residential property
management services by the Competition and
Markets Authority noted that all of the innate
qualities of Numbok - community, ground-level
decision making and, in particular, transparency -
were all hugely important to leaseholders and were
often sited as reasons that RTMCs (Right to Manage
Companies) had left their previous management
