The Problem Opacity Frustration Waste An inability to really see what's going on behind the scenes is one of the biggest issues surrounding property management, with many displaying a 'never you mind' kind of attitude towards residents. The feeling that residents' money is being wasted is also incredibly common within residential blocks, with many desperate for more of a say! Both of these lead to a massive feeling of frustration and have both been sighted as major reasons that many associations leave their managing agencies. Intrinsically, Numbok is great for both residents and managers!

Our Solution Transparency Collaboration Empowerment By providing an easily navigable and easy to read breakdown of a block's spending, we'll create a wholly transparent relationship between residents and managers. Residents will all alter the Numbok to fit their spending desires and will be able to comment on and discuss the breakdowns. It will also facilitate an engagement between residents and managers that, at the moment, doesn't always exist. Our platform will be an incredibly empowering one, transferring responsibility surrounding decision making from property managers and agents to residents.
