SHILIN
Those peculiar forms, due to millenniums of corrosion in karst terrains, are known as the Stone forest in Shilin, located in The Uyuni province in China.
This is a set of huge stones in dark colours, which look like they have come out of the soil, just like thoms, resembling an enormous stone forest.
According to experts, their possible age might be over 170 million years.

Mount Tambora - It is a volcano located in Indonesia, on the island of Sumbawa, one of the Lesser Sunda Islands. This is an active strato volcano with

The structure, which has a diameter of about 50 km, has become a point of reference for space missions. Decades ago it was considered as the

The halos - are crowns that can be seen around the sun in foggy weather. The crowns are formed by diffraction of light passing through the water
particles in the atmosphere. Crowns are similar to the phenomenon of the rainbow and to the white and yellowish arches. These occur when

The Oort cloud - is a spherical hypothetical cloud of comets and asteroids (i.e., not directly observed) located on the edge of the solar system, nearly a
light-year from the Sun. The Oort cloud gets its name from the Dutch astronomer Jan Oort. Cloud objects consist of compounds such as ice, methane

1. Surface pre-treatment
In order to fix it with adhesive mortar and bolts the surface
need to be cleaned from dirt, dust, oil, grease and foreign
particles. It needs to be dry and without moisture.
2. Installing starter profile/frieze
This helps fixing and leveling of thermal insulation panels
as well as provides protection against moisture.
3. Applying adhesive mortar over the insulation panel
Apply a thin coat over panel perimeter and three trowels of
the material onto the central part of the panel.
4. Mounting the insulation panels
Attach the panels to the surface by pressing them with
your hand and to a correct position to the already mounted
panels. Panels should be placed in a staggered order
mismatching the vertical joints.
5. Place PVC strips in the angles and intersection points
together with additional reinforcing net.
6. Before application of the adhesive mortar clean of dirt
and dust in order to achieve better cohesion of the mortar.
Apply a coat of binder for fittings to improve the mechanical
parameters of the External thermal insulation system.The
thickness of the layer is prescribed in the product technical
specification.
7.While the binder is still fresh a reinforcing mesh is placed
over it.The mesh should have anti- alkaline action since it
should retain its qualities even after placing in the mortar.
8. Before mounting the mechanical fixings you should wait
from 24 to 36 hours.The drying time of the mortar depends
on the ambient temperature, wind and atmospheric
moisture.
9. Installing anchor bolts
Make a hole by drilling through the panel and the surface
and control the depth using a guide. Place the bolt until
the disc is level with the panels. Hit the bolt with a plastic
hammer until it sinks completely.
10.The bolts should be attached onto solid materials on
the wall.The length of the bolts should be selected to
correspond to the thickness of the insulation panels since
they need to penetrate to the end. The number of bolts
depends on the height or the position (surface, edge).
11. Apply a second coat of adhesive mortar over the whole
surface covering the heads of the anchor bolts.
12.While the binder is still fresh a reinforcing net is placed
over it.

Quality is our main working tool.
Quality means to deliver profit to the customer and to offer product, quality higher than the customer
expects to receive.
The philosophy of THERMOSTONE follows a rule that has already been implemented and is based on:
1. A product with the highest possible quality, both in the physical and decorative meaning.
The THERMOSTONE products have already been a symbol of quality and beauty, as rated by both
professionals and consumers.
2. Fast, effective and efficient customer service. With its manufacturing plants, New Litic, Ltd. in Bulgaria
and Termopiedra, SL in Spain, THERMOSTONE has done great coverage throughout the EU and other
countries around the world.
3. Ecological responsibility to the environment. THERMOSTONE products are environmentally friendly,
they do not pollute the environment and recyclable. The same refers to our packaging and raw materials.
For the production we use concrete mixture composed of cement Portand BL II 52,5 R, which gives our
stones stability and consistency of high quality, first quality gravel and sand, selected under strict
criteria, additives and mineral colors from oxide, so that we bring saturated and authentic colors sur-
face to the surface.
Our products are resistant to moisture and freezing. Therefore, our pavements are equally good for
both indoor and outdoor use.
The company has ISO 9.001 - ISO 14.001 y OSHAS 18.001 certification, in recognition of the
implemented quality system, with regard to the product monitoring and control in all phases of
production. The supervision includes various periodic testing of the products, in internal and external
laboratories, to confirm that they meet the required and declared features.
All this is possible thanks to our own technology to produce all our products, by introducing new
techniques for colors, textures and patterns, which require the acquisition of natural appearance.

standards and always under the control of a quality control system for its continuous improvement.
