2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF ZONAL TEAM
The U.P. State NTAI team expects active participation of each and every zonal team members
including their district members in smooth functioning of the association in meeting the
desirable objectives.
Each officiating member in the zone will be observed for 3 months.
The unsatisfactory performance of any particular member / team will lead to substitution with new
member/team.
The position/post held by team members will be for a period of 2 years.

3. Followings are the job responsibilities of
the office bearers in the zone:-
Conduct one event (webinar/seminar/workshop/conference) (Local / zonal/ State / National/ International
Level) in every 2 months, Obtain Approval from the state team for organizing any event at the zonal /
district level concerned authority list will be shared.
Conduct faculty development program when required (Minimum one in a year). The faculty resource
persons will be selected in consultation with the state team.
Arrange one meeting in one month for which a proper record (minutes of meeting and the attendance of the
member) has to be kept and submit to state secretary / joint secretary timeto time.

4. increase membership as much as possible in the zone.
Develop the team members in the districts that come under the zone and provide their responsibilities.
Zonal Presidents/Vice Presidents to ensure maintenance of all the records, distribution andof execution
responsibilities of the team members and finally report to state office at nta.up2023@gmail.com.
Other members in the zone as well as in the districts to ensure prompt execution of the President's
order and follow the tum objectives being developed by the President.
Compulsory attendance of all the members in the zone and districts in the events at
state/national/international level being organized by my zonal/state team.
