The ETDP SETA notification states that their management information system, 'Datanet', will be offline, affecting the issuance of statements of results for accredited programs completed in the last three months. There is also a backlog in printing and issuing certificates, although urgent matters are being prioritized. Additionally, the ETDP SETA will be closed from December 15th to January 3rd, 2018, and updates will be provided to stakeholders when available.

ETDP SETA – Statement of Results / Certificates
Attention: Clients, Learners and Omni Colleagues
The ETDP SETA has advised all training providers that their Management Information System –
‘Datanet’ will be offline until further notice. The impact of this is that we are unable to extract and
issue any Statements of Results for accredited programmes completed with OMNI and has been
Externally Moderated in the last 3 months.
The SETA has further indicated that they are unfortunately experiencing a backlog with printing and
issuing of certificates but has prioritized the matter.
Please note: the ETDP SETA will be closed from the 15th
December until the 3rd
January 2018.
We will ensure to notify all stakeholders the moment we receive an update from the SETA.
