Denied: You are not eligible to receive Extended Youth Supportive Services.

You have the right to request an administrative case review if you are not in
agreement with the decision stated above. To do so, you must mail a letter to the
DFCS Social Services Director within 10 days of receipt of this letter.

The project will provide short-term housing for up to one year along with treatment services, job assistance, and other resources to help residents stabilize their living situations and transition to long-term independent housing. Eligible individuals must be transitioning from substance abuse treatment, have an income between $12,000-$22,850, and have a substance or mental health issue.

In this role, she was responsible for resolving complex claim adjustments to ensure accurate payments. During her tenure, Linda consistently performed at high standards with strong knowledge of claims processing.
