WELCOME TO FIRST FLIGHT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
First Flight

PROVIDING NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS - this is all we do!

First Flight is the UK’s only specialist provider of Non-Executive Directors and
Chairpersons. We work across all sectors and our clients include AIM listed and FTSE
SmallCap companies, unquoted companies, mutuals, family-owned companies,
investment trusts, not-for-profit organisations, UK subsidiaries of multinationals and
Angel/VC/PE-backed companies.
First Flight has successfully completed over 170 Chair and Non-Executive
Director assignments to date.
We have the largest Non Exec database in the UK - approximately 7,000 candidates,
selected from over 45,000 applicants, so quality is very high. We combine this with
specialist search and advertising (at our expense), then use our proven selection
techniques and understanding of the Non Exec role to find the people who can add the
most value to your organisation.

Enlightened companies are now
asking: what is the right balance in
the boardroom? What mix of skills,
independence, knowledge and diversity do
I require? How should my Non Execs be
rewarded? What sort of time commitment
can I expect in return? How many other
roles can NEDs have? Does my executive
team need to be challenged or mentored?
How can I make my Board meetings more
productive?
Now is the time for leaders to strengthen
their Boards by appointing the right
Non-Exec Directors – First Flight
understands these issues.
