NJ-HITEC is a federally-funded Regional Extension Center that helps healthcare providers select and implement electronic health record (EHR) systems to achieve meaningful use of EHRs. NJ-HITEC provides assistance through all stages of EHR adoption, from vendor selection and system implementation to ongoing support and guidance on meeting meaningful use requirements. Its services are available to a variety of provider types, including internists, family practitioners, OB/GYNs, and pediatricians.
