The Nirman Network was formed to help rebuild Nepal after the devastating 2015 earthquake. It plans to rebuild villages using earthquake-safe construction techniques through funds raised via a global volunteer network. The network is led by co-founders with experience in engineering, architecture, and disaster relief. It has begun establishing an advisory board and teams focused on fundraising, planning, operations, and disaster management to support its first rebuilding project. The network invites involvement to help rebuild Nepal.

expected
deaths
over
10,000,
many
thousands
injured
and
with
numerous
towns
and
villages
turned
into
rubbles.

beauEful
but
resource
crunched
Himalayan
country

seismic
zone
and
it
is
expected
that
there
will
be
more
massive
earthquakes
in
the
coming
decades.
As
it
is
not
earthquake
but

buildings

people
to

a

Nepal.
