This case study describes a company's transformation to agile and engineering culture adaptation. The company was facing challenges with its traditional waterfall approach, including slow development cycles and inability to adapt quickly to changing market needs. The transformation approach involved changing the company culture to be more collaborative, establishing self-organizing cross-functional teams, implementing agile processes and tools like Scrum and Kanban, and making structural changes such as reducing management layers and co-locating teams. The results of these changes were improved technical excellence, ability to meet customer expectations faster, and a more productive development environment.
