Letter of recommendation for Nicole Manfredini:
This highly recommends Nicole Manfredini for an entry-level position in the public relations industry.
I’ve had the pleasure of teaching Nicole in two public relations courses,and she aced both of them with
hard work and dedication.
In my courses, she has learned how to write news releases,fact sheets and feature stories; she has
developed PR campaigns for two clients and presented them in class. She’s becoming an expert at social
media in understanding how to conduct two-way engagement with customers. She’s ready.
Nicole approaches every assignment in my courses with passion. She doesn’t just read the instructions
and get started. She puts intelligent thought into each one. You can tell which students are making a
comprehensive examination of assignments.
Nicole writes well and is intellectually curious. From smart questions to just everyday conversation,
I enjoyed getting to know her as a student and a little bit as a person, too. She displays a positive attitude
toward learning. And, she has a pleasing and entertaining personality that I know will be a major asset in
the business world.
The best recommendation I can make is this: if I were running a major agency internship program,
(I spent most of my career in the agency business,) or an entry-level candidate for a corporation or
not-for-profit organization, I’d hire her in a second.
