PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
 Designed and project managed an interior remodel, including a kitchen update with new
paint, tile, counters, cabinetry and hardware; as well as open concept plan to coordinate with
family room. Scope of work also included a bathroom update with new paint, wall tile,
flooring, countertops and lighting.
 Accompanied a fellow Designer on multiple job sites
WORK EXPERIENCE
Patara Oil and Gas/ CCI –Administrative Assistant
Denver, Colorado – January 2011 – Present
 Provide daily operational support including answering phones, data entry, mail distribution
and file management
 Input, track, transmit and file of all Authority For Expenditure’s
 Organization and maintenance on existing files
 Support Land, Geology and Engineering with tasks
 Act as point person to outside vendors and suppliers
 Receive approval and code all invoices
 Assist in the planning of Corporate events
Rosetta Resources- Records Clerk:
Denver, Colorado: February 2007-December 2011
 Assisted with reconstruction and remodel design of office by helping configure file room and
determining all finishes, textile and FF&E
 Responsible for organization, inventory, maintenance and daily requests for 10,000 active
and inactive records
 Assist Records Manager in file room assessment and reorganization
 Implementation of new procedures for better tracking of all records
 Facilitated in the transmission and set up of new files
