Slide 1: Hello and we/I am RealFiction Productions and we are here to are here to pitch our

Slide 2: Wash Your Hands idea, which will be using 3D modelling/animation and Chroma/Colour
keying, you may not understand what they are and maybe you do but we are going to explain what
they are and how we will be using them to produce the video and get the message across.

Slide 3: The first part is 3D modelling, this is where we will use a pair of 3D modelled hands and use a
3D camera to move around them, as this is shown messages will appear explaining the dangers of
not washing your hands, the hands will have a change in colour on the palms to show where the
germs are and explain that we can’t see them.

The hands will then turn to a glass like material to give a ghost like effect, this will be used to reflect
the video off, we will then show the video which is.

Slide 4: Chroma Key, this is where we set up a green screen and film someone’s hands doing the
correct method to washing your hands, after this we will then edit it to look more colourful and
attractive such as making it glow and using colours on the hands and background, the colour will
change which will keep the attention of the audience, messages will show to explain what motions
are happening and how they help in the hand cleaning process.

I have also done research and discovered that the temperature of the water and how you dry your
hands is very important to the spread of germs as paper towels and lukewarm water can change the
amount on your hands, we will explain that paper towels are what hospitals use and explain they
must wash and dry hands when entering and leaving wards but also try to get the message across
that washing your hands is important anywhere.

We think this idea is attractive to the audience of any age, can help get over any boredom they may
have whilst waiting and it gets the message across almost subliminally so they will see washing
hands as more of a fun thing time instead of something boring as well as showing how important it
is.

Slide 5: thank you for listening to our pitch we hoped you liked our idea, are there any questions?

Questions we can ask: does the colour scheme affect our idea from using multicolour’s or can we
still use a multi range of colours as well as the NHS colour scheme?

When making this video is it compulsory to use both soap and hand sanitizer or does it only need
one to get the message across? And what would you prefer us to use?
