 The topic of the day was the fake political asylum papers racquet
prevalent in Punjab to seek aylum in Canada. With the investigation
named, Operation Auzaar.
 The show used various elements, listed below: -

was either stock or archival footage.

INVESTIGATION
 While the show initially started with the fake asylum papers as its topic,
it later deviated to other areas like the rise of Punjabi gangsters in
Canada, extradition agreements, Justin Trudeau’s tumultuous political
career, the Indo-Canadian diplomatic spar and Canadian parliament’s
honouring of Yaroslav Hunka, a former Nazi.
 The show repeatedly linked the fake asylum papers to the rise Khalistan
nationalism and used various sensational words like K-Factor & K-
Farman during the report.
 No bytes of those who had used these papers to seek asylum in
Canada were included in the show. Moreover, while Patial alleged that
Simranjit Singh Mann charged money for the papers, the show did not
provide any proof of the same.

EXCLUSIVE
 This segment includes exclusive investigative reports done either by the
show’s team or ABP’s team.
 The topic of the day was the fake marriage for compensation scam in Uttar
Pradesh’s Ghaziabad.
 The show used various elements, listed below: -
 Ground Footage – Nearly all of the B-Roll used in the report was firsthand
footage taken by the ABP team.

war with the developments in Gaza, Israel and Rafah (Egypt) being in
focus.
 The show was quite balanced with roughly equal screen time to visuals
and voices from both Israel and Palestine. It also included (mostly)
official statements on the conflict from Iran, Egypt, the US and the UN.

WION. Selected videos from social media platforms were also

 The show duly mentioned the sources of all the claims and statements made
during the show.
 For the Russia-Ukraine war update, the show did use ground footage and
bytes while the other three stories were mostly made up of stock or
