freely open not only for the students but also for local people to read at the Library Premises.

The winter carnival:
New Era Coaching Institute’s winter carnival helps the students to overcome Stage fear, Develop over all
personality, help them speak confidently in public. Through a 5 day winter carnival which is held during Christmas
vacation
During these 5 days we prepare the students for the coming academic year and we provide them awards
for every activity which they take part in. We help them in developing their vocabulary, and mind, the rate of
speech is improved. We keep quiz on every subject. Awards are given to students who not only perform in
academy courses but also in other activities.
Class Attendance:
Attendance is compulsory if for any reason a student is absent for 3 consecutive days a valid explanation is
needed with parents signature. Failing to which the student may be expelled from the institute without any refund.
Students remaining present for the academic year will be given +10 points
Parents have to visit the academic parents teachers meeting to understand how well their ward is
performing in the studies these meetings will be conducted on regular basis.
Refund Policy:
In case of voluntary withdrawal or dismissal from a course a portion of your tuition fees will be refunded.
You MUST NOTIFY THE ACADEMY IN WRITING ONLY OF THE INTENT TO WITHDRAW FROM A COURSE. The date
of this withdrawal notification is received or effective date whichever is later, becomes the official withdrawal date
and the basis for refund calculation. Such refunds assuming that all financial obligations for the term have been
met will be computed on the following basis.
Fees have to paid in full within 2 months of enrollment.

Workshops:
A series of career development workshops are held throughout the academic year which help students in
overcoming stage fear, public speaking, developing their overall personality. Some of the workshops conducted
are:
Public Speaking, Personality Development, Increasing your IQ and EQ, Stress and Time Management
4. Conditions of Enrolment:
1. For the fees quoted Academy will provide the course and services described in the prospectus.
2. If you are paying your fees by installments, you agree to pay these promptly to our office as they fall due, If
an installment becomes more than 2 months overdue, the student will be automatically with drawl and the
name will be cancelled form the Registrar of the Institute without any refund.
3. Apart from the course Books some part of the course is to be covered on line and at some presentations are
to be carried and answers should be written in own words.
4. Students are requested to follow the rules, regulations and instructions given
to them from time to time failing which you can be expelled without any refund.
5. Students misbehaving in class with teachers or fellow students will be expelled from the
Institute without any refund.
6. Institute is only responsible towards the students till the time they are in and around the Institutes
Premises once they are out of the Institute than it will no longer be the Institute’s responsibility.
7. Chewing of gum in not permitted in the class room.
8. Mobile Phones are not allowed in the class the students can bring the phone however the same has to be
submitted at the reception on a silent mode if any important call is received the message can be forwarded
to the students.
9. Parents have to be present as an when they are requested to come to the Institute and if they have any
concern they can meet the teaching staff with prior appointment on the day they teach.
10. Test books have to be signed by parents as and when given.
