consciousnesshelpsyoutoreacha âSadguruâtoattainself-realization.Once youreachthere,itis

âSadguruâandhave all your focuson justone thing â to increase yourcapacityto receive the energies
fromthe universal consciousnessthroughthe âSadguruâ. The focus shouldbe todevelopastrongâChittaâ
(psyche).
Swamiji furtherexplain,âWhenyouwill sittomeditateandconcentrate onyourâChittaâ(psyche),you
will have several thoughtscomingtoyou,nevertryto stopthemand letthemflow.Alwayshave a
desire tomeditate andimprove yourâChittaâ.Yourbodywill restrainyoutomeditate indifferentways
but pledge todonate half houreverydaytoimprove yoursoulâsstate.Once youdonate something, you

heartpain.Alongthe waywithour several talks,he mentionedanabbotbackin Hyderabadwithwhom
he didnâthave a goodrelation. ThiswasinhisâChittaâwhichleadhimtohave a chestpainas the abbot
back inHyderabadalsohad a heart attack. So,I askedhimto forgive himinprayersandremove him
fromhis âChittaâ.Afterforgivingandremovingthe personfromhisâChittaâhe gotwell andfelthealthyâ.
