Job Description :
1. Technical training of the new joiners in the team -which deals with the price and
promotion queries for the stores in UK and Ireland and provide the resolution. The
training process consists of 2 months – 1 month of classroom training and 1 month
of On the job training.
During the classroom training the new joiners are trained on the culture and
communication of the client of the company and the different processes the
company deals with also the training includes all the process involved for the team
to be discussed in details.
During the on the job training the trainees are made to take up calls after which a
proper feedback is provided on the parts where they have to improve, we have
regular mock call sessions so that the trainees are aware of the issues which can
come up and so have a proper resolution to that. In addition to this before the
