BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
Willium james Harvard university estimated the employees could retain
their jobs by working at a mere 20-30 percent of their potential.his study
led him to believe that if these same employees were properly
motivated, they could work at 80-90 percent of their capabilities.
Behavioral science concepts like motivation and enhanced productivity
could well be used in such improvements in employee output.Training
could be one of the means used to achieve such improvements through
the effective and efficient use of learning resources.
Training is systematic development of the knowledge,skills and attitudes
required by employees to perform and quately on a given task or job.
An initiative of Tech Tricks Jobs Academy is focused on bridging the
talent gap in various industries. Jobs Academy is the training wing of
Tech Tricks, aimed at creating employable talent, productive from “DAY
ONE”…
Tech Tricks Jobs Academy programs are generalized either for a

Rational defined as a justification for doing something. These are the
following reasons behind selecting the topic “IMPACT OF TRAINING

professional course.
 What are point of view of the students regarding CHP Training ?

 A well developed in the future aspect this report provides useful
information to researcher at more educational level.
 This report is useful for a people and students who want to enter in
educational related sector.
 It also useful for an entrepreneur who wants to start their business in
consultancy field.
 It also helps the consultancy to make required changes in the Training,
study material,question handling procedure.
RESEACH METHODOLOGY
Research refers to search for the knowledge. One can also define
research as a scientific and systematic search for the pertinent
information on a specific topic. It is an art of scientific
investigation. The research involves knowing the effectiveness
of “CHP training”.

Primary data was collected from trainees by filled up questionnaire.
Primary data is the data collected for the first time through field survey. It
is collected with set of objectives to assess the current status of any
variable studies.
Advantages of primary data:
 They are the first hand information
 The primary data are useful for kowing opinion, qualities and attitudes of
respondents.
 Information is also collected from students.
 The questionnaire was used as an instrument for the survey method.
 We have used Close ended question for design of Questionnaire.

Secondary Data is collected from the following sources that provide
relevant information regarding the company and its activities. Previous
students,trainer and database

Data collection tools are instruments use to collect information for

find during research. The researcher has used the method of interview to
collect the information in that organization and other techniques like

This company is Govt.of odisha registered recruitment and training firm
was founded in the year 2012.Tech Tricks jobs Academy started it’s a journey as
the training wing and recruitment industry.this company has diversified into various
domains and trainings are given to students on HR,Recruitment,
sales & Marketing,Hospitallity,BPO,Automobiles,Retails and many more
are to be lunched.Today Techtricks operations spans across odisha with existence
in two major cities like ,cuttack and Bhubaneswar with each location having multiple
training centers improve students develop skills for a better life and increasing
employability in urban as well as in rural market nd tech tricks jobs academy
 Corporate prefer “READY MADE FOR JOB”candidates
 There are gaps in attitude,knowledge and skill in the job aspirants
even after they are educationally qualified for the job.
 Corporate do not want to hire candidates with skill gaps and
invest their time and money to their training

PURPOSE OF TRAINING
 Training helps in increasing the knowledge and skills of employee
 When the candidates are trained it becomes easy for them to adapt
themselves according to the changes made in business.
 Training reduces the cost of supervision. Trained candidates needs less
guidance which in turns reduces the needs for supervision.
 When the candidates are trained it enables them to achieve the required
level of performance which in toms increases the productivity

managers to concentrate more on important issues confronting the
organization.
 Stability:
“The trainees of today are going to be the employees or managers of
tomorrow”the retirement of key managers may not affect the stability
of an organization if it has a team of trained,efficient and commited
employees who are ever ready to take over management.
FEATURES OF TRAINING:
The features of good training program are as follows:-
 Clear purpose:
The objective of the programme should be clearly specified.The training
should be result oriented
 Training needs: the training needs of candidate should be clearly
defined.The method selected for imparting training should be
appropriate and effective.
 Relevance:
The training programme and its contents must be relevant to the
requirements of the job for which it is intended
 Balance between theory and practice:
A good training programme should provide a balanced mix of theory and
practice the theoretical framework should be backed by practical
application to provide all round trainin.
Data Analysis and Interpretation
Analysis and interpretation is the one of the important stage of a
project.In this stage the recorded responses are coded into
symbols,for making counting,edited,tabulated and represented in
appropriate pictrorial form.
This analysis is made on the responses from sample size of 30
respondents. The objective of the report is to find out the students’s
behavior on CHP Training.
The questionnaire contains various questions on
the students of “CHP” from which I can get the information about the
perception of students.

SUMMARY AND FINDINGS:
Observation and Findings
 Majority of the employees who have attended the training program
were well educated.Their level of education was from diploma holders
to engineering graduates and MBA
 Majority of the candidate stated that they were informed about the
purpose of training,its intended results and significance of trainin.this
reflects that the management was keenly interested in achieving the
objective for which the trainin programs were conducted
 Majority of the employees have express satisfactory opinion about the
training faculty and their ability to train but a few numbers of the
respondents were neither satisfied with the way in which the training
programs were conducted by the trainer/faculty.
 With regards to the enhancement of skills and knowledge of the
candidate who have attended the training program.
Suggestions:
 In today’s competitive world attitude is the factor which is the dividing line
between failure and success.Thus recruitmentof the employees most be made not
only on skills and attitude but also the attitude of the employee. If an employee
has a positive attitude then climate.
 Proper care should be taken while selecting the trainers.
 Trainers mustbe given continuous feedback and the training should performed as
a continuous planned activity.
 New and different trainers should be invited so that the maximum impact can be
got fromtraining programmes.
 Individualcareshould be given as much as possiblein caseof practical sessions.
Conclusions:
Analysis of all the facts and figures,theobservations and the experience during the
training period gives a very positive conclusion/impression regarding thetraining
imparted by the Techtricks jobs academy trainers. The Techtricks jobs academy is
performing its role up to the mark and the trainees enjoy the training imparted
especially the practical sessions and simulations.
 Effectiveness of the training and its resultant in the performanceof the
candidates.
 Assists thecandidate to acquire skill,knowledgeand attitude and also enhance the
same.
 Helps to motivate employees and helps in avoiding mistakes.
Doing this project I understand that there is no other alternatives or shortcut to
the development of human resources. Training when used in a planned and
purposefulmanner can be an extremely effective management tool as they

BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY Willium james Harvard university estimated the employees could retain their jobs by working at a mere 20-30 percent of their potential.his study led him to believe that if these same employees were properly motivated, they could work at 80-90 percent of their capabilities. Behavioral science concepts like motivation and enhanced productivity could well be used in such improvements in employee output.Training could be one of the means used to achieve such improvements through the effective and efficient use of learning resources. Training is systematic development of the knowledge,skills and attitudes required by employees to perform and quately on a given task or job. An initiative of Tech Tricks Jobs Academy is focused on bridging the talent gap in various industries. Sources of Data: Primary Data collection Method: Primary data was collected from trainees by filled up questionnaire. Primary data is the data collected for the first time through field survey. It is collected with set of objectives to assess the current status of any variable studies. Advantages of primary data:  They are the first hand information  The primary data are useful for kowing opinion, qualities and attitudes of respondents.  Information is also collected from students.  The questionnaire was used as an instrument for the survey method.  We have used Close ended question for design of Questionnaire. SUMMARY AND FINDINGS: Observation and Findings  Majority of the employees who have attended the training program were well educated.Their level of education was from diploma holders to engineering graduates and MBA  Majority of the candidate stated that they were informed about the purpose of training,its intended results and significance of trainin.this reflects that the management was keenly interested in achieving the objective for which the trainin programs were conducted  Majority of the employees have express satisfactory opinion about the training faculty and their ability to train but a few numbers of the respondents were neither satisfied with the way in which the training programs were conducted by the trainer/faculty.  With regards to the enhancement of skills and knowledge of the candidate who have attended the training program. Suggestions:  In today’s competitive world attitude is the factor which is the dividing line between failure and success.Thus recruitmentof the employees most be made not only on skills and attitude but also the attitude of the employee. If an employee has a positive attitude then climate.  Proper care should be taken while selecting the trainers.
