2. Where the consents of other partners is
necessary in Partnership
Generally partnership is the name of mutual consent as agreed before starting
partnership by all partners in partnership Deed ,some of the actions of are pre-
consented in the form of Deed and some requires concern consent accordingly with
different circumstances so arising in Partnership
We are here discussing that where the consent of other Partners is necessary in case
of any circumstance so arised regarding partnership

• In case of Determination of rights and duties of the partners by mutual consent between
the partners through contract ,here the consent of each partner is necessary
Section 30
• A person who is minor by law ,he cant be introduced as an active partner of the firm only
he can be admitted to the benefits of the firm
