Form Details.
The National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT) will be conducting the Joint Entrance Examination
(JEE) for the aspirants of Hotel Management for all the Participating Institutions in Pan India basis. NCHMCT JEE 2018 will be
conducted to take the admission of aspirants in the B.Sc Hospitality and Hotel Management course in all the participating colleges.
The council is the single agency which has been assigned to conduct the all-India examination for the Hotel Management degrees.
The NCHMCT JEE Application form 2018 is available from 24 December 2017. In the following article, we shall discuss all the
technicalities of the Application Form.

NCHMCT JEE 2018 Important Dates
Here are the tentative dates for the NCHMCT 2018 common admission examination. we shall update the dates as
soon as the application form gets released online.

Availability of offline application forms in market and banks Third week of December 2017
Last dates of filling up the application form (Online) 11 April 2018
Last date of receipt of offline application form at the designated office of the NCHMCT 11 April 2018
Availability of the NCHMCT JEE 2018 Admit Card 20 April 2018
Date of Examination Last week of April 2018 or first week of May 2018
Declaration of Result Last week of May 2018
Commencement of Counselling procedures First week of June 2018
Details of the NCHMCT JEE Application form 2018
Here are some of the details of the NCHMCT Application form 2018
NCHMCT will be releasing the application form in both the online and offline modes. While the online
mode will be made available first followed by the Offline Application Form.
The offline application will be made available at the designated institute of NCHMCT, Noida and can
be bought after paying the application fee.
The application form will be available till the last week of March 2018 or first week of April 2018. The
candidates should fill the online application form and pay the application fee in the requisite time
frame.
The candidates will have to keep the following documents or details ready before heading on to fill
the application form –
1. Scanned Photograph
2. Scanned signature
3. Details of Marks of Class 10 and 12 Board examinations
4. Permanent and corresponding addresses.
5. Other details as asked by the Application form
· The candidates should send the completely filled application form in the offline format to the address
mentioned below:

· The candidates can also submit the application fee by hand at the Noida Office of NCHMCT.

While the candidates filling the offline application form can pay the application fee at the office of NCHMCT, Noida,
the candidates opting for the online form may pay the application fee through the Credit Card, Debit card or through

Demand Draft. Here are the details of the Application fee
Offline Mode:
· GEN or OBC Category Candidates – Rs. 900/-.
· SC/ST/PD Category Candidates – Rs. 450/-.
Online Mode:
· GEN or OBC Category Candidates – Rs. 800/-.
· SC/ST/PD Category Candidates – Rs. 400/-.
While the online application procedure is relatively easier, the candidates filling the offline application form for the
NCHMCT JEE 2018 should keep the following instructions in mind before heading on to fill the application form
· They should make sure that there is no error or over-writing on the application form. to avoid such
mistakes, they should get it Xeroxed and fill that first.
· Apart from the designated areas, the candidates should avoid writing anything extra in any part of the
application form.
· Fold it only where it was folded first. Do not try your own ways.
· While pasting the photograph, use non-stick gums. Do not use pin or staple for that purpose.
· The candidates should keep these instructions in mind as no request for correction or modification will
be entertained by the NCHMCT.
