3. INTRODUCTION
 NPTEL is an initiative funded by Ministry of
Human Resource and Development, Government
of India (MHRD) and coordinated by IIT Madras
and other IITs.
 The central idea is to put recorded lectures taught
by IIT professors for a particular courses on it’s
youtube channel where students across the globe
can freely access it.
