Destiny is a very mysterious matter, we might say.
Young Rico was a die hard fan of Warkop DKI-- the most legendary local
comedian of all time.
Guess what?
Now he is happily destined to spend the rest of his life with one of the group
member’s daughter.
But destiny isn’t much a mysterious matter when it comes to Rico’s career
path. He foresees the destiny of his successful career in advertising.
Graduated from the Graphic Design Department of Bandung Institute of
Technology and started his advertising career as junior art director in Cabe
Rawit, a year before he actually graduated. He handled several accounts
such as GSM XL, Liputan 6 SCTV, Sampoerna, Vespa Corsa, Walt Disney
Indonesia and many more.
He continues walking his path of destiny when in 1997 he took off from
Cabe Rawit and started his own company named Artisi -the seed of
Narrada Communications- with his 3 fellows. From the very beginning of
Narrada, Rico held the position as Managing Director.
His main task is to keep the business running as planned by managing risk
and opportunity, keeping an eye for a new business prospect and PR-ing
Narrada both to the business world and universities and college student. He
also encourages people around him to be better both in work and in
personal.
And he shows his encouragement daily trough the best way… act!

one of the founders of Narrada, claimed that he was born in Rome on
7th of August 1970. “That’s where the name “Romanus” came from” he
said. Well at least that’s what he said, whether the story is it true or not,
only God knows.
He may be a bit unserious about where he was born, but he can be
serious in many topics. We kindly suggest you not to pick a serious
conversation topic while you sit together in a table with him. With his
wide knowledge in various topics it will take all day to chat with him. If
you do have all day, well, adding a little knowledge into your brain won’t
do any harm.
With his passion to broaden his knowledge, he began his advertising
career before he graduated from Mass Communication Department of
University of Indonesia. He joined Cabe Rawit as copywriter and handled
several accounts such as Walt Disney’s Representative, Perumahan
Taman Dayu, Karya Cipta Indonesia, Dana Paint Splash and many
others.
It only took him a year or so in Cabe Rawit before he decided to join Rico
started their company named Artisi, the seeds of Narrada. Holding the
position as Business Development Director, he develops the agency
business and maintaining existing business by always examining the
market growth and new prospective business.
Iyo has a very high spirit when it comes to business, he always believe
that there’s something more than the big name you had, it’s the big work

Some of you might not understand it, but for Ilya,
who does most of his computer activities through command
prompt, those symbols are his favorite qoute (yes, those weird
symbols does have a meaning)
Born in Jakarta, June 6th 1971, Ilya moved to Bandung in 1989
and began his study in Civil Engineering in Parahyangan
University.
While he was still studying, he already began his IT career in a
construction company. Right after he graduated, he joined Rico
and Iyo to found Artisi.
Ever since, Ilya holds the position as IT Director.
His job is to plan all the IT infrastructures to support all
Narrada's work performance, and to supervise all the technical
things related to Narrada's website-related projects.
And by the way, those weird symbols above in English means :
"Try not. Do or Do Not. There is no Try"
A very suitable line for a man like Yoda…oops..I mean, Ilya.

His favorite quote was Dr. Zefram Cochrane’s
“don’t try to be a great man, just be a man…”
Sounds like he has a bit identity crisis, doesn’t he?
Well, sometimes he really does think he is a teenager, while in the other
hand we think he is Indro from Warkop DKI. But in the real world we’re
living, Adi a.k.a. Seseq, is a father to a dearly beloved daughter and of
course our Creative Director.
He joined Cabe Rawit as a Copywriter in 2000 and spent five years on
and off. During his on period he handled several accounts, such as:
Gudang Garam , DialMart, Acer, Ericsson Indonesia, Sony Ericsson,
BolehNet, Byru, Lipposhop, Bank Mega, The Pakubuwono Residence,
Erha Clinic, Mitsubishi Motor, Indosat.Between his off periods he joined
Megapro to handle Djarum & Nature’s Health Food & Supplement. He
also joined Bintang Pratama to handle Mie Sedaaap, So Klin Higienis,
Ciptadent, Emeron, and Zinc.
Five years on and off in Cabe Rawit group was enough for him. In March
2006, he moved to EuroRSCG Adwork! to handle several accounts, such
as Telkom, Reckitt Benckiser, Sosro, BII, Kompas, Viva, & Honda Motor.
In January 2008 he decided to join Narrada handling both advertising and
interactive clients. His task as Creative Director is to decide which ideas
are going to sleep with the fishes, which ones are going up and running.
His cold hand in squeezing the creative group’s brain has brought
Narrada won 5 gold and awarded as “The Most Creative Agency 2008” in
Pinasthika Ad Festival. Not bad for a man with identity crisis :)
Adi S. Noegroho (Seseq)
Creative Director
Behold, the most fashionable Narradians. --as we recall we rarely saw her in
the same dress. This mother of a beloved daughter, have a good sense to
mix and match all the dress she has. As our Advertising Business Unit Head,
She also uses her “mix and match” ability to mix the strategies that match
the client’s needs.
Born in Jakarta, October 19th
1974 Mike Oktalina graduated from
International Relation Department of Parahyangan Catholic University. In
1998, she works as personal assistant in Motion Picture Association’s
Representative Office. After two years, she moved to Cakram Magazine in
year 2000, this was her first acquaintance to advertising industry.
After 8 month she couldn’t resist the temptation of advertising industry and
decided to join MACS 909 handled Matahari Department Store, John
Hopkins University, Lativi, and Matahari Club Card.
In 2003 Mike decided to move to a new born advertising agency, Astana.
She handled Bank Mandiri, F&N Coffee Cream Soda, Tourism Malaysia and
Samsung.
After two years, she resigned from Astana to try her luck as a freelancer.
Her career as a freelancer only last 8 months and in early 2006 she joined
Semut Api before in July 2006 joined Euro RSCG Adwork to handle several
account such as Panasonic, Happy Juice, and Reckitt Benckiser.
She joined Narrada in February 2008 as Advertising Business Unit Head,
her task is to supervise and make sure that the groups she lead able to meet
all the requirement. And, did we mention that she’s also good in mix the
