Training Portal & Business Logic For Call Center As A Service
The bachelor project was done in corporation with Orange Labs. They called it "Cloud
Contacts". The project idea was to implement a cloud application that can forward calls
from mobile callers to to crowd sourced call agents who can be at home. This
functionality is called a virtual call center service.
The Project had 3 main phases:
1. Web Portal
2. Build Training Portal
3. Integrate with distress or IVR service
In This Project I implemented the training Portal and I also participated in the web
portal phase.
