分別為味道不同（見Slide 3）

5. 為甚麼適用歲數不同？ 5
這是藥物註冊所提供的資料。其實醫護人員計算
合適劑量後， 1歲以下嬰兒可使用Uni-Febrin syrup
或 JM Paracetamol syrup

適用於3個月或以上 適用於1歲或以上 適用於1歲或以上

6. 但我們建議1歲以下嬰兒，除非已知發燒因
注射疫苗引起，否則請立刻求醫

最重要的還是兒童的接受度

歲數 建議
2歲以下嬰幼兒 藥水
2歲以上幼兒 藥水／咀嚼藥片
6歲或以上兒童 藥片
嘔吐以致不能服藥的兒童 藥塞
您亦可諮詢醫護人員，尋找最合適的產品

11. 比起選擇產品，我們其實更希望大家注意：
勿服用過量Paracetamol，
及避免同時使用多種含Paracetamol產品

12. 不論口服／藥塞，劑量均為每公斤體重10-15毫克Paracetamol，
口服藥物＋藥塞每日使用總數最多為4次
以體重40磅(18.2公斤) 兒童計，
每次使用劑量：18.2 X 15＝273毫克Paracetamol
每日最多用4次

13. 若兒童服藥後依然未能退燒，請立刻求醫，
並告訴醫生兒童已服用那些藥物
醫生可能會處方其他成份的
退燒水（如Ibuprofen) 或藥塞 (如Diclofenac)，
配合Paracetamol使用。請依照其指示使用 13

如有以下情況，請立刻求醫
高燒（39℃以上） 出現出疹、頭痛、
耳痛等症狀
精神不振、
昏昏欲睡
出現癲癇 兒童患有免疫系統
失調或其他疾病
服藥後依然未能降
温，或情況轉壞

除服藥外，發燒期間請
補充水份及營養 多休息 穿適量衣物
洗温水浴5-10分鐘 保持室內空氣流通
