Recycling For Carnival… MASK CARNIVAL 2011
Step 1 Using the back of a used piece of paper, draw the shape of the mask and cut the eyes out. Process…
Step 2 Using glue, stick the mask to a used plastic bottle.
Step 3 Using scissors, cut along the border and the eyes.
Step 4 By mixing flour and water, create a sticky paste. Shred newspapers into long strips and stick them to the mask using the paste.
Step 5 Repeat step 4 till the mask has 3 layers of newspaper strips and takes form.
Step 6 You can now begin decorating your mask. We used strips of newspaper to create eyelashes.
Step 7 You can finish decorating your mask by painting it and sticking onto it other material such as pasta, more newspaper or shells.
Now, your mask is complete. Happy Carnival! 
