Clementine Paddleford was an American journalist who believed that people have nostalgia for the simple flavors of their hometowns and childhoods. She suggested that everyone carries within them a longing for the simple but good tastes they experienced growing up on farms or in their hometowns. Paddleford thought people are essentially bundles of longing for the simplicities of good taste from their past.
