My first Pecha Kucha experience. Kind of strange. The presentation tempo is controlled by the 20x20. But not really by myself. But it's also a good training for me to do the speech control. Good experience & Hope the NCKUAct can work.

- What we did for the changing in NCKU? Make all the department to service students on BBS that is not owned & maintained by school The top 10 internet site of Taiwan
- Socialization OpenSource Engineer -> FAE Decide to be a PM and make it happen. PM -> Senior PM -> Manager -> Director -> Set up whole subsidiary of Silicon Valley Startup Become sophisticated. But keep the 初衷
- Change why I need to let the babysitter to gain not only my money but also the friendship/parentship of my kids? The sick of our society? What is so called a success? Rich? -> How rich? Famous? -> How famous? Or make impact and be the good legacy for the next generation?
- Sick 1 - why the world already beed connected by internet then you still need to go to Taipei? If so, please go the the real tier 1 cities. Sick 2 - Why we can not do the CoCreation & Collaboration between different generation ?
- Vision from my perspective 20 years after, I want my kids can have better job and better package 20 years after, I want my kids if they want to challenge the world, then the society will really support them. 20 years after, I want my kids can connect to the world without going to Taipei 20 years after, I want my kids can have the better world. a better Taiwan So now, what I can do for the 20 years after?
- Everyone can really make changes. Only you want or not. Depends on your courage & mind(決心) Change is not a sign (口號), and not the strategy you can say every day. You need to do something & take action. You need to have the entrepreneurship
- What is the legacy I want to make for the next generation? Young people can take risk & society will support Elder generation & young can concretion My kids can get the benefits if I can really do something. Starting a positive cycle. -> many problem will be solved.
- Actions Startup SSX Connecting the young generation & learn from them Connecting to the government. Involving & helping them to understand the real world Connecting to the corporation. Bring the resources & opportunities Connecting to the world, do the international collaboration. No more 空轉 & 內耗
- Believe in young generation. Or why god make us can have our legacy -> children Don’t trust the people who say he/she will help you. No one will help you once you can help yourself
- Taiwan is small but your ambition & creation can be big & impact to the world. The only limitation is your mind.
- You don’t need to envy the one who can work for the famous corporation. You can have more space & show your capability in the SMB & Startups. If you do really believe you have the capability. Why you need to join the famous corps? Did you need the business card as your identification? The only identification is what you make & how you impact to the society & the world.
- No more complain that you don’t have enough resources & opportunities coz you lived not in Taipei & in NCKU. The poor or bad situation actually means chances & strength you can have. A little flip you can see the advantages you gain more than others. You can bridge the world from now but not you lived in Taipei.
- How you can start your change?
- Embrace the risk. Find something interested you can do with your power
- Do something worth able & not about money. This is the time you can only enjoy all the pain & 成就感 without money involved. The rest of your life is all about money involved.
