2. What is Coworking space?

布萊德紐伯格在美國舊⾦金山成⽴立⼀一個名為「帽⼦子⼯工廠」(Hat Factory）的共同⼯工作網站，隨後他將他⾃自⼰己家裡的倉
庫打造成休閒場地租給三位從事科技產業相關的⼯工作者，接著⽩白天是也開放給其他⼈人租⽤用。︒布萊德紐伯格同時也是
名為「市民空間」(Citizen Space) 的共同⼯工作空間創辦⼈人，也是全球第⼀一家以「商業」(Work Only) 的共同⼯工作空
間。︒⾃自此後共⽤用⼯工作空間如同⾬雨後春筍般在世界各地流⾏行起來。︒現今，共⽤用⼯工作空間已經遍佈全球世界各地，並且
美國已經超過 700 家共⽤用⼯工作空間。︒[12][13][14]
舊⾦金山可以說是共同⼯工作空間的發源地，也是世界上共同⼯工作空間密度最⾼高的城市。︒
有些咖啡廳、︑簡餐館、︑辦公空間或⾃自⼰己家的⼯工作室，都因為租⽤用給從事網際網路相關產業的⼈人影響，進⽽而受到啟發
決定轉型成共同⼯工作空間。︒[15][16][17][18]美國⼀一項於2007年的調查顯⽰示，許多雇員害怕遠距離在家⼯工作會失去
⼈人際關係。︒⽽而此次調查顯⽰示約有三分之⼀一的職員不願意在家⼯工作。︒

4. Story behind The Merge
2013 年初, Lman 從待了⼗十多年了台北回到台灣南部, 準備要先成⽴立塗鴉空間.書店,
之後再進⾏行其原本科技業的Startups. 但在⼀一年的經營下, 發現因為這個空間⽽而認識
了很多有趣和超級有想法的⼈人. 驚訝於空間跟⼈人互動後產⽣生的化學反應. 並恰巧於
2013年末認識到幾個想回南部發展並尋找Cowroking Space的朋友. 於是決定利⽤用
塗鴉空間的3F空間, 作為The Merge的發源地. 並且因為複合在原本的塗鴉空間.書店
之內, 所以在定價之上也可以比傳統的Cowroking Space更為彈性也對使⽤用者更加友
善. 並期待透過The Merge能夠創造出更多不⼀一樣的變化或團隊.

如果對於Angel投資⼈人來說, 要找⼀一個於5~7年20~30倍的回收. 等於投20~30中⼀一的概念.
❖
能夠有效率的⽅方式並確保投資標的的成功率上升. 即是建⽴立⾃自⼰己的Incubator/Accelerator.
在早期投資並取得Startups的部份股票並給予輔導協助⽽而非賺取其場地租⾦金的模式.

在⼀一定期間(3~6個⽉月不等)讓團隊進駐並給予輔導(育成/加速)後於最後舉辦Demo Day, 並
