A 16-year-old girl named Ingrid with Asperger's Syndrome decides to run away from home due to years of bullying and lack of acceptance from her classmates, teachers, and family. While taking photos in a public park, she meets a photography group who see her talent and invite her to join them. With the group's support, Ingrid enters a national photography competition, using her photos to share her story of living with autism.

she has had enough. So she decides to run. Armed with nothing but a rucksack of
clothes, her camera, a credit card and her notebook, she catches the next bus out of
town. While taking pictures in a public park, she meets a group of photographers,
who see her talent and invite her to join the group. With the group’s support, Ingrid
enters a national photography competition, sharing her story as an Aspie through
her work. But will her hard work pay off?
