The person wakes up at 8 am daily, has breakfast with their family and brushes their teeth. They bathe for about an hour before helping to make lunch. After lunch from 11:20-11:45 am, they brush their teeth and leave the house at 12 pm to study from 1-6 pm Monday through Friday. They return home at 7 pm, take off their uniform, eat, do tasks, brush their teeth, feed their cat, and go to sleep.

1. MY DAILY ROUTINE
I rise at 8:00 am every
day.
Breackfast with my
familiy and then i
brush my teeth.
I bath and i seen in about
an hour.
It helped to make the lunch.
Advancement workshops
after having helped make
lunch.
I lunch from 11:20
to 11:45 am.
Then i brush my teeth. I leave at 12:00 pm from house
to go to study.
I study from 1:00 to 6:00
pm, Monday to Friday.
I go for my house
and i arrive at 7:00
pm.
I take off the uniform. I eat and then do the tasks.
I brush the teeth. I feed my cat. I lay down to sleep.
