A wound is a break in the integrity of the skin or tissues, which may be associated with disruption of the structure and function.
Healing is the body’s response to injury in an attempt to restore normal structure and functions.
Healing can occur in two ways: Regeneration and Repair
There are 4 phases of wound healing: hemostasis, inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling. This document also describes the mechanism of wound healing. Factors that affect healing include infection, uncontrolled diabetes, poor nutrition, age, anemia, the presence of foreign bodies, etc.
Complications of wound healing like infection, hyperpigmentation of scar, contractures, and keloid formation.

Daily routines
- 1. DAILY ROUTINES My day usually starts quite early. I wake up at 06:30 am from Monday to Saturday, but my free day I sleep until 09:00 am. When I get up, I go to the bathroom first. I wash my face to wake me up, brush my teeth and then I take a shower. After that I comb my hair and get dressed. I start work at 07:00am all the week. I always have breakfast with my mom, my daughter and my sister at 09:00 am. I usually walk after breakfast around the park for 15 minutes, then go back to work. We have lunch together at 1:00 o’clock. After lunch I help my daughter to do some homework. Always my classes start at 6:00 o’clock until 9:30 pm. Finally, I go to sleep at 11:00 o’clock.
