 Worked as an electrical engineer at construction project of Tanta Educational Hospital for one
year.
 Worked as an electrical maintenance engineer // senior engineer of the electrical maintenance
department at MEDI-STEEL CO. for rebar rolling mill from 1998 to 2010 .
 From 2010 up to now, working as a senior electrical / automation engineer at the
electrical maintenance department at RAJHI-STEEL CO. for rebar rolling mill at
Saudi Arabia.

 Implement planned preventive and predictive maintenance programs as per schedule on a regular
basis.
 Observe machines on daily basis; identify abnormal operating conditions and initiate corrective
actions.
 Ensure adequate availability of critical and routine spares, equipment, instruments and tools
required by maintenance crew.
 Read, understand and make all needs engineering drawings.
 Provide direction to Supervisors & Technical Staff and initiate job orders for corrective action
plans.
 Keep well referenced of engineering drawings, manuals, technical literature and other
departmental documentation.
 Maintain records of all works in hand, under-process and completed, in addition to systematic
maintenance card record for each and every plant and machinery for analysis, evaluation and
assessment of operational efficiency.
 Manpower planning relating to work scheduling , overtime, vacation planning, performance
evaluations, training and development of department staff.
 Hardware configurations, software developing / modifications, troubleshooting and design for
the PLC control based systems (SIEMENS S7 1200/1500 -200-300/400, OMRON,
MITSUBISHI, LG, HITACHI…)
 Hardware configurations, software modifications and troubleshooting for DC & AC motor
