2.Failure to transfer Gems for the Voucher Order within 24-hour once order is
placed will result in the cancellation of your order.
3.MyAl@ddinz will process your order within the following working day.
4.By the following week’s Monday, you will receive an SMS notification to
collect the vouchers if they are ready. (certain vouchers require to meet a
minimum amount. E.G. Caltex or Golden Village)
5.Any voucher orders received before Thursday, 11 pm (GMT+8) will be available
for collection from the following Monday.
6.Any voucher orders received after Thursday, 11 pm (GMT+8) will be available
to collect, 2 weeks from the following Monday.

15. Terms & Conditions
1.Voucher redemptions are limited to 3% of Total Gem Purchased.
2.The 3% redemption limit will not be renewed unless you made a new purchase of
Gems. You’re entitled to 3% voucher redemption limit for each new purchase of Gems
in a single transaction.
3.Failure to transfer Gems for the Voucher Order within 24-hour once order is
placed will result in the cancellation of your order.
4.Redemption that does not comply to the policy will be cancelled by the next working
day.
5.Strictly NO REFUNDS after successful redemption.
6.You’re not allowed to exchange the voucher for cash, Gems, Points or to a different
voucher in the platform.

17. 1.What do you mean by “voucher redemptions are limited to 3% of Total
Gem Purchased”?
For example, when you purchased 1000 Gems, you can use up to 30 Gems
for the voucher redemption. If you exceed the amount of Gems allowed for
the redemption, your order will be cancelled and the Gems returned to
your wallet.
The 3% redemption limit will not be renewed unless you make a new Gem
purchase. You’re entitled to 3% voucher redemption limit for each new
purchase of Gems in a single transaction.
For each redemption made, your voucher limit will be deducted until the
total 3% limit has been used up.

18. 2.If I redeemed the wrong voucher or want to exchange my redemption to
different voucher, can I do so?
Redemptions made are strictly FINAL and NOT REFUNDABLE NOR
EXCHANGEABLE to cash, Gems, Points or to other vouchers in the App.
You’re advised to read the terms and voucher’s details carefully before
deciding to redeem.

19. 3.How do I check if my voucher redemption is successful?
You will receive a Confirmation of Order by email. Please check your
spam/junk mailbox if the email is not found. Your email provider may have
accidentally filtered it. MyAl@ddinz team will notify you by SMS
notification and email once the voucher is ready for collection.

20. 4.Who should I look for if I need technical assistance?
Please write to support@myaladdinz.com along with the description of
error that you encountered. Kindly provide us with a screenshot of the
error if available.
Include your mobile number and AID (MyAl@ddinz ID number - obtainable
from the Dashboard) as well, so that we can identify your account
efficiently.
