Pipe parts are cut manually, therefore, no standard or consistency
Considerable volume area is required in the false ceiling for fittings, U-trap and
drain pipe slope angle (approx. 10 degrees)
Inconvenience to verify the U-trap operation status, clean and repair
Frequent air condition technician visits required
And most dramatically:
Water leakage from drip tray into apartments and offices due to fungus and dust
accumulating and blocking the drip tray and U-trap !
Bad smell emanating inside the apartment or office after water has dried out in
the U-trap !
