14. Multi-max Manager Software (Free with each Vendor Purchase) The Manager generates Excel spread-sheets for reconciling all returning product and money though the use of the Route Drivers Smart Card. The Manager is used to program Route Driver Cards, Supervisor Cards, Firmware Cards and Employee Cards. The Manager Software is required to program VIP and Employee smart cards. This feature will allow the employer to subsidize any number of daily free vends for their employees. The returning data from the Route Drivers Smart Card will allow the operator to generate a bill for all subsidized vends. Main Menu

Multi-max Pro ® Software The Multi-max ® Pro software allows operators to access, analyze and manage the information held in each of their vending machines through the use of Smart Card Technology. 16. Smart Cards Route Driver Card Password protected, this card will allow complete access to vending unit(s) for servicing and cash, coin, and product reconciliation. In addition to accessing vendor, the Route Driver Card sales data can be downloaded and stored on the card from each location; personnel entry can be tracked, and any new pricing of custom menus, including Combo Discounts for each location can be uploaded. Employee Card Rechargeable Smart Card accepts credit from coin and cash deposits and is debited at each purchase. Each card is assigned an ID number which enables the tracking of purchases and machine use. VIP Card Each VIP card can be programmed with a limited or unlimited number of free vends per day. Monthly billing includes itemized transactions for every VIP card used. Supervisor Card This card allows access to all machines within a vendor fleet. Manual configuration of pricing, testing of machines, Combo Discount settings and other configuration features are permitted with the use of this card. 17. Software Hardware The Multi-max ® Pro software allows operators to access, analyze and manage the information held in each of their vending machines through the use of Smart Card technology. 19. Warranty Main Menu MULTI-MAX warrants the Machines to be free of defect in material or workmanship and to be fit for only indoor use as follows: (1) Parts for twelve (12) months from the date the Machines are shipped (or caused to be shipped) by MULTI-MAX; (b) Refrigeration units for four (4) years from the date shipped (or caused to be shipped) by MULTI-MAX ; (c) Light bulbs for ninety (90) days from the date the Machine is shipped (or caused to be shipped) by MULTI-MAX; AND (d) “Pass through” manufacturer’s warranties on all Machine components purchased from third party manufacturers. The foregoing warranties exclude any vandalism and other abuse to (of) the Machines. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY MULTI-MAX BREACH OF WARRANTY CONCERNING THE MACHINES SHALL BE REAPIR OR REPLACEMENT OF A DEFECTIVE MACHINE OR PART. EXCEPT AS STATED IN THE FOREGOING, MULTI-MAX MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRES OR IMPLIED, AND MULTI-MAX DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE THE SUBJECT OF THIS AGREEMENT AND CUSTOMER ACCEPTS ALL SUCH PRODUCTS WITHOUT ADDITIONAL WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS MULTI-MAX A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CUSTOMER shall deal directly with MULTI-MAX regarding all warranty claims. CUSTOMER shall contact MULTI-MAX for review. Upon approval of warranty claim from MULTI-MAX, MULTI-MAX will ship the replacement parts directly to CUSTOMER and MULTI-MAX will reimburse CUSTOMER for shipping fees associated with said claim.
